Shipping fees vary by region and temperature requirements. However, we offer free shipping on standard room-temperature orders exceeding 8,000 yen (excluding tax).
Can I return food products if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns for personal reasons. If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
