Due to the nature of food products, Seijo Ishii generally does not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience once an order is dispatched. We are committed to quality and will promptly replace any items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Process

If you find a defect, notify our support team within 7 days of receipt via our online inquiry form or customer service hotline with your order number.
- 3.Provide Documentation
To expedite the process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging to help our quality control team investigate.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a free replacement delivery or issue a full refund to your original payment method at no additional shipping cost.
